My bowl of happiness

This is my go to recipe when I'm time poor, like right before Art class. It's based on L'uccellino's broccoli pizza.
• 70-100g dry pasta per person (depending on your hunger!) • half a head broccoli per person • fresh red chilli - deseeded • lemon zest & juice • salt & pepper • olive oil • Parmesan cheese

Bring water to boil & cook pasta. When just about done, add broccoli to the water and cook until bright green - maybe 30-40 seconds. Drain water. Drizzle with a touch of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. Add salt, pepper, chilli & Parmesan to taste. Eat & enjoy.
