While driving along a quiet beach backstreet, we spotted this guy with his snout in the ground eating ants. He's an Echidna. I can't say I've seen many in the wild, so it was a bit of a treat.

So beautiful, I love echindas there's something special about the way they snuffle along. I seem to see them a lot here but it's always lovely. Your break sounds great sometimes it just gets to that point where you need peace and quiet.
Cute...at first glance i thought it was a hedgehog but clearly not!
