On Sunday night Mr T and I lay there hoping the roof wasn't going to blow off, such was the ferocity of wind and rain. I was relieved to see we still had a garden come Monday morning.Apparently pak choi is best picked just before flowering, so I harvested some leaves for inclusion into a miso based soup. The red pak choi has a little way to go yet, but I'm looking forward to tasting it.
